Most piano students can learn piano online. And if you’re reading this article, you have already achieved this. But how can you learn piano offline?
Here are 3 things you can do:
1. Take lesson videos.
Travelling to other places, meeting new people and meeting new pianists can be exhausting. Take lessons from someone you know well and you will have a great time. You don’t have to do this if you don’t want to.
2. Teach yourself. Just as you learn the piano from a teacher or an online tutor, so you can learn piano by yourself.
Learn about how to play the piano from scratch, find online resources and find good teachers based on your own preferences. Then, take lessons of any difficulty and be satisfied with your own result.
3. Learn to play by ear.
I recommend listening to any online or offline piano concerto and listening to any online or offline piano lessons you can find at any website. Just be aware that this can be frustrating. And that’s why I recommend you to study the whole concerto that you can find on Spotify. Try to get a better understanding of the whole song, and then, whenever you can, play as best as possible your own solo piece from that song.
So go learn your favourite pieces of classical music offline, and soon, you will feel great about yourself, and so will your friends.
