What should I practice on ukulele? – How To Learn Guitar For Beginners For Free

Why do I practice on the ukulele?

A: On a standard scale of 1 – 10, 1 being the ukulele’s weakest note and 10 being its strongest (the most important or most difficult note to play on a standard scale), it is the ukulele’s strongest note. With practice, you can play the ukulele’s weakest note at the same tempo with a very high degree of accuracy.

Q: How many note repeats are necessary to make a perfect pitch?

A: Some ukulele players like to find a musical “sweet spot” where the interval between all notes falls within a certain range. Others find that the best possible pitch is one they can play comfortably even if the interval is much greater or smaller than they would like. In the following, I will break down the interval rules, and suggest some practice methods for each interval type (from most to least complex, from easiest to hardest). This section is intended as a “quick and dirty” guide, and not an in-depth guide to the mathematical relationships in the interval system.
