I have been doing some personal stuff and some for fun, but I’ve already started an art course for myself. It’s the only course on Udemy, but it has been growing every month and I will expand it in the future.
How long did it take to get this video (and you were already on YouTube a year ago)?
It took a long time actually. It took me 3 1/2 hours to get everything from the beginning to the end, before I just decided to just upload it myself.
What are the main features of the course? Why the “web” URL?
I thought the best way to offer a good video course would be have it all in one place, so I just thought of a web url. Udemy only accepts video with a web url.
Why have you decided to open your Udemy course in English?
I just did a lot of research into the language so I can start teaching if the English is good. I want to do this course so I can teach more from other countries too and I think this course will be very helpful for new students.
What are your plans for the future of Udemy? Have you ever thought about releasing videos in other languages?
Not at the moment. I thought that this is a great way to give people a good value. The Udemy course is a great starting point to learn, I’m not going to change it. But, I think it’s something that would be really useful to see other languages like German, Hindi, Korean.

What’s your response to people who say you should “go and learn” how to code?
I think you should learn how to code if you have the proper time to do that. What is important is that you have the proper time and don’t let anyone tell you differently.
What’s your reaction when someone tells you how you are doing it wrong?
That’s a very interesting question. I think people are too quick to judge.
What inspired you to start your Udemy course?
A great friend told me about this course while he was on vacation. She is someone that I really look up to and I felt a big responsibility to help her learn. I wanted to share this amazing website and all my passion around the world 🙂 I think it’s something that we should strive for 🙂
