A lot less than I planned!
A lot less than I expected? I had two small pieces of paint left over so I didn’t have to worry about covering everything. I think my two small chunks of spray paint made a nice amount of difference in stopping the flow of paint. I probably should have used all of my spray paint anyways to try and save some money. I should also have gone to the hardware store. I’m still pretty bummed that my work bench is pretty much a bare minimum in terms of what I actually need. In addition, they don’t make a stand for what you need on top of everything else. I’m not complaining that a few of my paint cans were empty (though I was really sad to have lost the first few), but I was really bummed that none are large enough for painting and other stuff other than my workstation. Overall I’m pretty happy about it since it’s all for pretty inexpensive things. I guess it’s just a matter of finding the right place to store everything.
Why is it so large? I’ve seen people put a box or two of spray paint up their cabinet but most I’ve seen use one can just as much. This one had a shelf and was very full of paint, I was pretty sure it would be a bigger challenge to do that. The shelf and can are about 5 to 6 feet wide and have a couple of hooks for shelves and stuff I don’t need. I’m 6’3″, so the door width is probably just right.
What’s the price? $18.00
What’s wrong with the can? The side is thick and the bottom a bit wider than the side because of the rack that holds it. I guess it’s ok to do so because if they added a lip that I can see the whole rack?
Does it stack? Sure, you’d need to lift it off the shelf if you wanted to stack it. I just put the wall behind it. It’s only about 7 inches tall at that end.
Does it fit in a closet? Sure enough it fits up to 2″ wide drawers. I don’t think you’d want to use this in a closet because then you’d loose the support on one side.
Does it fit in a drawer for my other wall? Sure, there’s enough clearance and a bit of depth and no shelves to mess that up.
Will it fit in a wall without the other stuff? Yes, as long as
