The most famous person from Tesla’s life, Nikola Tesla, was found to have an IQ of 99, in addition to this being a perfect score on SAT.

Nikola Tesla’s IQ scores are from official educational sources, including the National Council for Standards and Tests, and the Harvard-MIT-Princeton-Stanford-California, National Institute for Standards and Programs. In addition to this, a number of other sources, such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Economic Forum and several academic publications, have verified how much a student’s IQ is in relation to their educational attainment.

The average IQ of any person from the U.S. population is around 90, according the 2013 study conducted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, a non-profit organization.

On average, a person from the U.S. population, living in the year 2008, has an annual income that is $43,891. In the U.S., the income disparity between rich and poor citizens has increased considerably over time; and at one point, 80% of people from the U.S. lived on less than $10,000 a year, according to the study conducted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

The city of San Mateo has taken its first step toward imposing a ban on the growing of industrial hemp in the city. The ban, proposed on the city’s Planning Board and at the ballot last October, would prohibit the cultivation, processing or transport of industrial hemp outside the confines of city limits.

The proposal was voted down.

“This is a very exciting step in the right direction,” said city councilman Matt Dababneh at Tuesday’s meeting. “It certainly is a step in the right direction and the right direction for our citizens to be able to grow this plant and create jobs and economic opportunities in the city. I’m very excited about this.”

San Jose city Councilwoman Bonnie Lowenthal was in support of the ban — and said it would have broad support among City Council. Mayor Chuck Reed said he would be open to discussing the idea again in the future.

Both Lowenthal and Reed stressed that the ban didn’t ban recreational weed use.

“The ban would just apply to the growing, processing and transporting, not to use the plants for recreational use,” Lowenthal said.

In addition to the ban being introduced by city council, city staff will look at the issue of industrial hemp
