Crowds! People are always coming in and saying, “Oh, my god, I love this concert, but I wanted to see you play the piano.” So I did it. I said, “Let’s go up to the balcony,” and that was it.
What is your favorite concert you have ever been part of?
[Laughs.] Oh, a lot of them. My favorite thing is “Hail, Caesar!” You know, the “Hail, Caesar” piece. I love that piece!
I’m sure there are other great ones you can’t remember.
I’m not sure. But if I’m not going to tell you, I want you to remember it!
What would be your dream orchestra?
I think you’re asking me to pick my dream orchestra. Well, I mean, I really have no idea.
This song was written by Steve Hackett. It was recorded by Bill Kielty and was performed live in November of 1994 by the Denver Folk Festival.
