I don’t know the answer to this question. That is like asking “what are kite flags?”. I’ve heard that some kite flags are used for fishing in many places in the USA. I’ve used kite flags to signal to people not to run a boat at night. That’s not the answer.
If it’s your first time building a kite, you want to learn how to take out your kite string and hook up your kites. This is a fairly quick and simple task, and your first time you may wish to go to an aviation center to have them help you. However, no doubt someone reading this will ask.
If you already know how to take your kite string and hook it up but feel you are not comfortable with it, have someone who is a professional teach you. It would have a big effect on your kite flying ability.
Here are the instructions for two of my kites. They are the same as the kite instructions below. They use two different kite string, but the strings are the same. If your kites are different, I suggest you use the following instructions for them.
This kite is for a 5ft long piece of string. I am using the same size kite clip as the one you use for the kite above. You also need to install the same kite clip as for the kite above, if both a 3ft and a 2ft piece of string are used.
I use about 3 to 4 inches in length of string to wrap around my kites. This is a pretty wide range.

The world’s oldest person has finally passed away after a long battle with cancer. Siew Chi Lee, 94, had been diagnosed with a cancerous tumour in 2010.
Now the world’s oldest person has succumbed to cancer and died, the oldest person has died aged 94 after a five years battle with cancer, an announcement which caused a media storm after China’s state news agency Xinhua reported the news this morning.
