In my opinion, it’s the “what if”? scenarios. This is when you think of something “unlikely, but not impossible.” The scenario shows you how quickly market activity might reverse if your idea is incorrect, but also gives you the chance to rework your trade plan if necessary.
What are the worst indicators for swing trading?
For sure it’s the time lag. Since these trade windows usually last between 3-5 minutes, if you’re not familiar with the market, how will you get in position without looking at the right bars, or at least at your trading account balance?
How far out of the trading window should I buy/sell?
If you see a high volume and your options are at or above the swing range you should take a high probability. But, if your trading account balance doesn’t exactly meet the swing range (for example it’s below $10,000 as an example), you should take a low probability.
With such a broad and diverse portfolio, there are times when you will have an advantage of not having to worry about trading indicators and your overall profit potential. But there are also times you can’t afford to lose money, and can’t afford to lose more than 20% of your entire trade or trade window.
So what should you do?
Choose a market where it’s cheap. Then do whatever it takes to beat that market – even if it means trading less.
If you can go without eating, your brain can be healthier than most people realize.
Research has shown some nutrients may also help maintain lean tissue, the fatty tissue that makes up our bodies. In a new study, scientists from Brigham Young University showed that omega-3 fatty acids play a major role in maintaining healthy brain tissue.
According to the American Heart Association, a person is at high risk of heart disease if they do not get adequate levels of omega-3 fatty acids in their diet.
The University of Utah’s study found that participants who reported daily intakes were at least 10 percent more likely than those who didn’t to have increased levels of omega-3 fatty acids in their blood, brain, and prostate. Omega-3, along with vitamins E, D, and K, help promote the repair of damaged skin, tissues and organs, the study authors note.
This new finding may also explain why omega-3 fatty acids are so important to healthy mental health – it’s the fat that makes brain cells
