No doubt you’ve heard all the advice in the world on how to lose weight, but what if I told you, as long as you exercise regularly, you might get some small, but significant, weight loss as you exercise? In my experience, this is something you can do on any level that involves physical activity. So, even after you’ve read everything else I’ve written here, even after you’ve learned your exact weight, I bet you don’t think there’s anything worth eating or drinking for.
But is weight loss actually possible without exercise? Actually, it’s not.
If you do not exercise regularly, then there’s some chance that eating and drinking will not change your weight, even if you keep at it for a long time. This means that if you’re trying to lose weight, you should be doing whatever you think needs doing to lose weight.
How much weight can I have if you don’t exercise enough?
That’s not a very practical question because it assumes that you really just need to lose some weight. Your weight is probably not the problem, it’s about what you’re doing to keep it off.
You can lose weight from food alone. A few simple steps to help reduce calories from food that contain added fat and carbohydrates, such as baked eggs or pancakes:
Choose low calorie foods that contain no saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, or sodium. These include: low carb low fat breads, pastas, rice, and cereal, like Frosted Flakes, Cheerios or Lucky Charms.
Low fat creamers and spreads, such as Low Fat and Original.
Low fat ice creams and soft drinks.
Low fat cheese.
High protein low carb foods.
If you want to lose weight in a healthy way, try adding a healthy meal that’s made in a healthy way or with other nutritious foods.
If your main priority is keeping your weight low, but you have a great appetite and are able to eat in a healthy way, I’d suggest eating two or three small meals throughout the day. If possible, keep your main meal at night, when your body is most hungry. So the next day you are normally hungry and have a very low appetite, you can eat and drink normally.
