How can I keep my weight up if I’m fat? To keep your weight up, you need to eat healthy, not lose weight, and keep your workouts light. Most people, once they start dieting, they don’t want to try to lose weight. They want to keep their body fat down! Most people have to diet at least five times a week (or more often) to lose that amount of weight.
Can I keep my weight up if I’m thin? Thin people don’t need a doctor’s prescription to lose weight. They probably lose weight on their own as they get older. Thin people need help to lose weight.
You know what you have to do to stay healthy? I mean that literally. You can’t really avoid the health problems of being overweight or obese. A lot of things just have to happen in order for you to be healthy. You have to eat healthy, exercise regularly, keep the right weight, have enough money, and not smoke to stay healthy. We’ll see many of these problems in action in the following articles, in part 3 and part 4.
