Can you lose belly fat by belly dancing?

Answer: No.

This may sound odd, but losing that extra fat from the belly (i.e. fat that’s built in the top of the abdomen) is absolutely pointless. (See: Why Exercising Is The Best Medicine The World Has Ever Created for more on this.)

An 11-year-old boy in the U.K. has been arrested and charged with child sex abuse after allegedly making a video featuring him allegedly having sex with his 17-year-old friend, while the younger boy was strapped to a bed with his pants around his ankles.

The 11-year-old boy, who can’t be named, is facing charges including sexual activity with a child.

Authorities say a 15-year-old girl also appeared in the video, while the man and woman, who all deny the allegations, are both 16. The video was shot in a park in Birmingham, U.K., by one of the boys’ friends, Birmingham, England’s The Telegraph reports, citing police.

The man will appear in court in March on the charges, according to BBC.
