Did they wear tights in the 1920s? – Amazon Flapper Dresses Plus Size

That’s a great question, one I have a hard time answering. I’m not sure, but given the fact that many of the dresses we see today don’t look remotely like the ones worn in the 1920s, I’m pretty sure they don’t.

Can I ask you about tights. The one that comes to mind was a “sister” dress they did for me. I never wore it – it’s still in storage – but that’s the one.

We’re going to do a Q&A session, and I want to hear what your thoughts are and questions you have about this season’s costumes. I want to know everything in advance, so please send it to me! 🙂

Rugby Super League

England: 2016/2017

The Rugby League Players’ Association says the number of English players who play on the highest quality clubs has increased by 50% since 2013/2014.The RPLPA says that, in the last four seasons, the ratio of clubs playing the highest quality players across the three competitions has increased from 18 clubs per 10,000 players to 26 per 10,000 players to 27 per 10,000 players. The RPLPA is calling on the NRL and Super League to establish a ‘clubs per 10,000’ system so the NRL and Super League can focus their investment on elite, state league and regional clubs so they can make greater progress on a global scale. The RPLPA is also urging each league to establish a ‘clubs per 10,000’ system for all their players or, if a club does not have that level of investment, to seek to enter the national competition on a case-by-case basis within the next three years.”This is fantastic news for English rugby league’s grassroots,” said Rory McIlroy, RPLPA Chief Executive. “The RPLPA would like to thank all the clubs and individuals who have supported us over the last four years. The increase in players playing on the highest quality clubs is a testament to the efforts of the RPLPA and players representing the game.””This partnership with our RPLPA partners shows our players are willing to take great risks in order to achieve their goals for the future. We all know we face enormous challenges in the years ahead to grow our game and attract a wider audience which will enable us to invest in a better product.
