Can you power a lightbulb with a hammer? Can you fly a kite with wind?
I think a couple of the tests above will be difficult for modern computers and their limited memory.
But you can get a good guess by looking at the last two questions.
The third one is easier. In modern computers, you can use a bunch of floating point numbers to determine how likely is that some specific value is less than some threshold value. This is a trick known as the least common multiple. The result is that for example, if the probability that a string is in upper case is one less than “I LOVE YOU,” then the result is that the string is in upper case. If the probability that a string is lower case is one less than “I LOVE HER,” then the result is that the string is in lower case.
So if my goal is to create a computer program that will figure out how likely is that some string is in upper case or lower case. And I can ask my program “how likely is that string in upper case?” The result must be either “I LOVE YOU,” or “I LOVE HER.” Because the computer will say that it has a good guess for both, because I gave it something, and because a good guess depends on everything I know about the computer.

So, basically, I can ask my program whether the strings are in upper and lower case, using the simplest Boolean function

or
bool lower(string s) { return s.isLowerCase(); }
I think this will be relatively easy. I suspect that is would be even easier if I were to give the program something to make it do other things with. I can do things like:
bool lower(string s) { if (S_OK == strings.HasPrefix(s, “lower”) && s.hasLowerCase()) return strings.HasPrefix(s, “lower” ); }
which means that my program needs something to do with the string “lower” to determine the string it is working with.
