Let me finish. How long would it take to learn to play an instrument you’ve never played before?
There is no right or wrong answer here. I would not say in one year. Or a month or a month-and-a-half or a month. It has to be your choice.
How many classes would it take to learn guitar?
It depends. If a student wants more specific directions than what is given in the lesson, then it would be best to ask them.
If it’s a beginner’s lesson, the teacher will usually give you general directions. If you follow the directions, you can learn the instrument.
If you want to learn with an instructor, you can learn the instrument by paying them a fee and seeing if they help you with that. You can get a good instructor with Guitar Pro by paying $20 for it.
If you want to learn by yourself on your computer, then you could pay for the instrument and go online.
But when you’re talking about learning in 1 to 2 years, it’s hard to determine how long it will take.
This may just be your opinion, but why do you get these questions from your guitar players?
I think sometimes there’s a lack of education for some and lack of understanding for others. People need to be educated in order to grow more. And with the internet, people can start learning a more advanced instrument faster than ever.
What I am offering to my students is an all inclusive approach. And to me, what is better is someone learning guitar at the same pace as me and getting the same information at the same rate.
