What size ukulele is easiest to play? (I own a 16″ and a 20″ ukulele). I play mine on my 20″ and it’s about 6:45 and it goes faster than your ukulele on its own but it’s not as quick.

This is the first in a series examining the impact of the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, on state law enforcement.
In 2014, Ohio police officers responded to nearly 1,800 911 calls that involved domestic violence. During the four months before the law went into effect, they logged nearly 70 percent fewer domestic violence calls.
As of 2016, there were 730,000 Ohioans without health insurance — a number that has grown by nearly 2,700 percent — according to state data from the Ohio Secretary of State. That means some police departments, many of which rely on public assistance programs for police pay and benefits, have been struggling to cope.
In 2013, the state’s largest police agency reported a budget deficit of $973,000. In 2016, the Police Benevolent Association of Ohio reported a deficit of nearly $700,000.
“All of that comes to a point where you need to just shut the door and let those problems roll around,” said Police Chief Tim Knaus, president of the union, which is also the association for the Columbus and Cincinnati police forces.
“When we talk about crime, it has two types; the people running it, and the people that are affected by it,” he said. “It’s not just [police officers]. We are in contact with people affected by crime,” Knaus said. “Whether it was domestic violence or sexual assault or sexual assault in a place we call a residence, they are affected by that.”
Police are not the only ones struggling to keep track of domestic violence when they are called to a domestic violence call.
In 2013, for example, North Dakota police had a shortage of 543 full-time employees, the number of police officers required by the state for response to domestic violence calls.
Ohio also reported that domestic violence calls had declined more than 25 percent.
