A. No. The only sin that God makes us do is breaking His laws, which includes drinking.
Q. What is “drinking alcohol”?
A. It is drinking in a manner that God approves of (Exodus 20:14-15; Deuteronomy 23:19). It is allowed to do so for the greater good of others (Leviticus 18:27-28; 18:21; Numbers 30:8). The drinking is voluntary and is not to be used as a bribe and is to be done under the direction of one’s parents (Leviticus 19:1, 2-3).
