What does a calorie count mean?

For example, a person is classified as a 400-kcal weight loss goal person if they want to lose 40 lbs or less from 35 lb class to 40 lb weight loss class. If you want to lose weight in 1 year, you would need to lose 40 lbs or 15.5 kg or about 1.2 m3 of body fat.
