Does Sharia law allow dancing? – Belly Dancing Near Me

According to the Qur’an , dancing is allowed by both men and women, but only if the dancer has permission from their respective parents.

Dancing was also allowed for Hajj and Umrah , but only if the dancer had permission from their respective parents.

But if the dancer doesn’t have that permission then the dance is considered sinful.

According to Hadith, one of the Prophet’s companions, Muhammad ibn Abi Talib, danced during an occasion the prophet had with ‘A’isha, that of her consummation in his arms. In the words of Hadith , he danced “so much that the sweat flowed down from his forehead. He was very glad when his parents came to see what was happening.” (Sahih Bukhari 1.5.56)

Do you see how this is similar to what the Qur’an says about the two groups “the disbelieving ones” and the believers?

“The disbelievers said: O Messenger of Allah! We worship none but We worship God only and none has the right to be worshipped except God. O Messenger of Allah! We seek refuge with God from the punishment due to (Our) wrongdoings and from the affliction of those forbidden by God. But you, O Messenger of Allah! We seek refuge with God from the punishment due to (Our) wrongdoings and from the affliction of those forbidden by God. But you, O Messenger of Allah! We seek refuge with God from the punishment due to (Our) wrongdoings and from the affliction of those forbidden by God.” Qur’an, 3:57″Those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even though they are of the number of) the righteous people Such are the wrongdoers. And those who believe and do good – They are indeed the ones to whom the mercy of Allah is to be revealed, and whom God has protected, having favoured the believers with a Protector, to guide them on that path – by (His) forgiveness (to whom God’s) Messenger, and his household and their property (by way of) good (offerings) – as an abundant mercy will be his (or their) recompense. Indeed, he (Mohammed) will (after this life) be seen among them, as one of them. Verily, they are the righteous.” (2:
