If you have a well-balanced diet, you will be more likely to lose weight. You need to learn to identify what is eating you and eat food to boost your body’s metabolism.

Get a Better Sleep
One of the reasons why many of us aren’t losing weight is because we don’t get enough rest.
Sleep deprivation can shorten the average life span of adults by 3 or 4 years, but for children it can be even more dangerous, with one study suggesting that the average child with a poor sleep schedule loses 4-8 months of good life in their early 20s.
This is why there is such an urgent need for health services to understand the problem and do something about it.
The best way you can help yourself improve your sleep is to follow my 4 days a week habit, which will keep you awake all day long to make you go to bed a little earlier and get up a bit earlier, and you can make this habit your own.
