I’m used to following my own routine, but I didn’t want to just follow this. I read that other people have trouble with finding the right workout, but it seems to me that when you know a workout routine, you can find it much easier.
This is because you want a workout that will actually make you a stronger, more fit person. If you only do the “easy” exercises, you’ll be looking to keep yourself from getting tired.
The right fitness program can help change the way you look and feel at the same time.
That’s why you won’t find a “one size fits most” program in the internet and a “one piece of cake fit all” routine that has everything you need.

Which workouts or classes make me feel good?
This is usually a personal preference, and this one is pretty subjective.
For instance, I can easily go into detail on the benefits of cardio sessions. It may even be my favorite form of exercise to get rid of that nasty back pain.
However, if I’m working out during the week, I will not necessarily feel as good afterwards. It’s entirely that my body needs time to adapt to the new strength levels that we have created.
