It’s easy to do. I don’t really need to put in time to lose weight. But, one way or another, I’m sure you can keep it off by keeping off the extra calories. And if your calorie count is high, you don’t have to do this alone. Many people who work out as part of a fitness-based program are able to achieve weight loss through the help of food and caloric restriction.
The first step is to avoid eating more than you need every day. If you make that a habit, you’ll get to lose weight quickly at a reasonable weight.
I’m not doing enough exercise – or not enough to gain the weight I want. What’s the deal?

I’ve gone out to eat, but didn’t actually eat the food that I ordered. How can I eat it back?
If you eat something in a restaurant, you can ask the waitress or the food manager or the kitchen staff for that item and then bring it back in the restaurant.
If you’re in a restaurant, keep an eye out for the receipt that says “I had this item” under the item’s name. Check that you are still able to order it. If you can’t, then call ahead and ask for the staff member’s phone number.
I’m having a hard time falling asleep during my workout time. What do you do?
Don’t be afraid to try new foods. Just because one food seems bad for you right now doesn’t mean it’s wrong for you. The body adapts to different foods and your body will pick up on how your day is going and your meals will change accordingly. If you can’t eat anything that’s unhealthy, then you might try something new like:
Eat a small snack at your beginning meal. A small slice of cake is a great way to start the day. After breakfast, have an apple (or any smaller fruit) with milk. Then, after lunch, have a small bite of your favorite cheesecake dessert. A cup of coffee is a great way to start the night.
As more snacks are added, they will be a good way to keep your appetite in check. Eventually, you’ll find your way to healthier foods and the food processor will make healthy snacks a lot easier.
