First, don’t eat at night. Then, don’t worry if you’re unable to eat when you do. As I mentioned above, you can use an alarm clock, which is a great method of learning how to eat at night to lose weight.

So, yes, exercise is important.

Sleep is also important. So, if you’re trying to get fit and get up early enough for your run or yoga class … no, don’t sleep any earlier than you need to.
A final note, I often work with couples that have lost weight together, and they’re eating well, but they’re going through different phases. They’re tired, unhappy, even a little depressed. One friend has been saying she’s feeling tired in her bed because she’s had so much fun watching her partner’s face when they’re eating the dinner. She’s starting to think, “Should I be happy that I have the time that I do have, so to speak, or do I need to get out there and enjoy it as much as I can?”
