What is the best way to lose belly fat?

What is the trick to losing fat for long term?

I have had the most success using my program for two and half years. I lost over 30 pounds my first year and just lost some more in the following month. I also gained some muscle, which was pretty amazing.

I would like to share my journey with everyone. I am in the best shape of my life and I’ve lost over 40 pounds in just over 4 years!

I am currently at 5x body fat. I started when I was 19 with 34lbs to lose. I never really cared what I weighed because I lost weight naturally when I didn’t diet. I was a girl with a sweet tooth for junk food and I wanted to keep moving forward.

When people started asking me how I came up with my new program, I said: “I just noticed it’s easier this way and it feels good when I do it”. After going to the gym and doing it for so long it became a habit and eventually I had to start keeping a journal – that’s how I began keeping track of how many pounds I lost each month and when I lost them.

The first weight I ever lost (I would always think you lose weight when you stop eating or you increase exercise) was about 30 pounds. After that my body fat slowly went up and I lost over 40 pounds in 2 years. It took me a while to get my weight under control, and when I finally did it was hard. I was really stressed out and
