You mean, it’s a video game?
Right, but it’s got a bit of a… I suppose an independent feel to it.
I just didn’t like the idea of the studio going into the retail business, or something like that, and making us into a game, and then handing over the keys to all our fans, if they were to buy it. I didn’t feel the fans deserved that, if they were really looking for something. So I just didn’t like it.
I don’t know, maybe you should go back and change the name. It sounds silly.
Yeah, it was the only choice.
It’s interesting that you feel that, because you didn’t have to make a choice at all. It came up in the writing of the game, and I had a hand in that.
Yeah, I’m sorry. I wasn’t aware of it.
And I’m sorry you had to change the name of the game just so you could stop having arguments with me. How many times have you done that in the last five years?
A hundred. Because then it gets ridiculous.
When is the next one going to be released?
I feel like there’s a great opportunity here to create all new music, and there’s an incredible amount of talented musicians here at Red Frog. But when would it be interesting to add to it? It’s interesting to me, and I’m happy to do it. But I can’t.
So, yeah; that’s it. I don’t know how many more conversations I can have about the studio, but I’m ready if they want me to go back.
Well, when’s the next game?
I don’t know, I’ll be in a hotel room. What can I say?
The New York Times recently posted an op-ed by former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani defending the NYPD’s controversial stop-and-frisk program, saying that NYPD officers should be given “special rights” to carry weapons while on duty.
When asked about the article in a radio interview, Giuliani responded with justifiable indignation that his name was used as a vehicle to sell the public a false narrative of police reform.
“I don’t know, I never criticized the police,” Giuliani said to the Hot 97 radio program Soul Train this week. “I was never against the police. What I was for was putting more cops on the streets
