The only hitch on this method is that you won’t be able to use them with camera and subject moving. This is a drawback of the “Ring Light Method” but if you find this to be a sticking point, you could always move your subject slightly (in relation to the light) in post-production to avoid any camera shake.

Now the question is, is it a new species or is it just a giant rabbit with the eyes of a fish?

If the image is accurate, that question still looms large, because it represents one of the largest known rabbit species. In fact, this particular picture may be the largest documented rabbit yet, as the four-eyed rabbit was only found in the central portion of Poland, outside the main cities. In the process, there were also multiple reports of the animals eating meat from the same animals as well, suggesting that this rabbit/fish hybrid may have a range all to itself. What’s more, this is just the latest evidence that the world’s most famous wildlife experts think our obsession with animals that look like we do doesn’t make sense.

The photo was originally published by the Daily Mail in a story about scientists who are trying to find out whether the creature is just a giant, four-eyed rabbit or is in fact a species new to science, called Ruminantosuchus spadicescens.
