I just try to make it happen as soon as possible without making any promises. I just get to the front of the line early and go for it and then when I’m there, I get to see the finished thing. And, of course, when it’s finished it goes to the Internet. So, it’s really up to the director. I think, “Okay, you’re in on it, so I’m going to try to make it a good experience — this time it has a lot more character.”
Are you writing and directing films, and if so which ones? No, not yet. I’ll probably come up with something, but I’m not at all sure what it is. That might change in the future.
Do you watch horror movies? I think that might be a good one for me. I’ve been doing a lot of horror shows. I’m doing a horror movie with Matt Damon called Nightbreed, and it’s coming out in September. That’s a film that my father did. It’s called I’m Still Here, which was a horror movie that was written by his wife Annabelle [Shannon Momsen and directed by David Cronenberg]. I think that’s a good film that David and Annabelle have done, and I think their movie is great and it’s fun. But for me, I just like the feeling of being really alone, watching a horror movie and a lot of the characters.

Jazz is a very nice kind of music, so I prefer to listen to a lot of that kind of stuff, but it’s an odd combination of my tastes. I’ve always been quite interested in jazz, but I really have the feeling that I should be doing some more classical works as well. But I feel like now I have the time to actually spend on my classical stuff, so that gives me time to be more experimental.
What’s the best musical idea you can think of that’s a surprise? In my opinion, I had always thought of the idea where you sing a song over and over again. I just think it’s
