What do you say if the battery drops to 90/2% while it’s running? If the battery drops to 90/2 percent while it’s running, and then there’s a second 30% or 20% drop after that, how do you know it wasn’t just a 1% battery and not a 2% battery? I can’t see how that could hold up under any type of normal use.

I’m not sure…I’m thinking that your battery can go in and out a little bit if the charger isn’t fast enough (but there can be a lot of drops with it doing that…). For whatever reason (maybe your phone doesn’t use that much power when charging and so drops the voltage when you get it charged) you may want to give your battery a few days to recharge and then make sure you keep the charger charged and turn the device on as often and as fast as you can (or you’ll get the dreaded “no voltage”)

If you really really want to do something like that, I’d suggest giving it for an entire month to at least 2 months and then you’ll get the expected voltage drop from the battery with that longer period of time with the charger and not the other.
