Do violins increase in value? – Violin Basics Dana Freeman

Violinists in the United States earn average wages over about $10,000. They also enjoy a higher standard of living than other professions. The top six nations that have the highest average violin wage rates are Sweden (11 dollars an hour), Australia (11 dollars), New Zealand (11.3), Israel (11.4), France (11.7) and Germany (11.9).

If a student enrolls in only two courses and does not take an elective, she would have to pay an average of $3,200. In contrast, a high-school graduate paying $3,200 for only two courses would have to pay only $1,200 to $1,600, depending on the level of concentration a student obtains.

The violinist makes the biggest impact with his or her teaching responsibilities. A teacher’s experience and expertise play a large role when it comes to making students interested in pursuing violin lessons as opposed
