Now that you have learned how to train yourself to improve your overall pole dancing skills you must try performing for 20 minutes. It is important to start practicing with full confidence so you have time to practice even while you are being filmed.
When you see yourself looking so good dancing for 20 minutes it will help you in your practice sessions much. Once you get used to practicing with full confidence, you will be very confident when you perform for 30 minutes. Now the last thing you need to practice to improve your pole dancing skills is your self-stretching skills – it’s quite easy to do. Just go for 20 minutes in the gym with your partner and do some pole splits!

You should be able to find a few minutes on your calendar every day where you can practice for 20 to 30 minutes. You can also practice for a better amount if possible. The more time you spend practicing with your partner and on your own this will allow you to get in a better level of fitness.

It will give you the flexibility to adjust yourself to different types of dancers, so you can do different moves and techniques without worrying when it’s your turn to dance.
