That’s right, this is my father’s guitar. I first bought it at a dealer in the Philippines a year ago. I bought it on a whim at the dealers’ asking price of US$5,000, when I heard that a guitar was being introduced in the market for US$10,000.
How old do you think this guitar is?
I think it is old. It is in really good condition and its tonewood is in good shape – I am not even sure if it was made by Gibson USA.

As far as materials go I think this is a Gibson USA built Gretsch guitar, and the case is made by Gibson USA. Everything is very nice and the guitar is in very nice shape as well. But the guitar has a slight scratch on the neck from playing hard so it would be nice to make it a lot nicer.
