Does Pole Dancing hurt your skin?

Pole dancing can hurt your skin but not if you are healthy! That’s where the experts come in.

There are 3 ways you can get the protection you need to keep your skin soft and healthy. The first is using an anti-aging sunscreen every day. The second is using an anti-aging face cream. And the third is using a UV cream or sunscreen.

So which of the three is better?

Here’s how our expert dermatologists explain the benefits of vitamin D.

The vitamin D in your system is actually your body’s natural sunscreen. Like the sun, vitamin D has a strong sun protection factor (SPF) that can be found among many foods that are eaten in moderation or for an extended time, such as meat, eggs, milk, poultry, fish and nuts.

The reason why you need vitamin D is because when you are in a hot environment you have more exposure to UV radiation than if you stayed indoors. Vitamin D is also in your body because of the way your body works – the skin produces and uses vitamin D when exposed to a sunburned area.

What is a Sunscreen?

This category of sunscreen is made up of a number of different things, including emollient, sunblock, zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.

Emollents provide sun protection for about 12 hours and can help to limit any further damage to the skin. Emollients also reduce the spread of any harmful substances such as bacteria-causing agents, or the skin cancer caused by sunburn.

Sunblock has been found to help provide protection for up to 24 hours, but in order to protect for long periods of time you need to apply sunscreen to your skin. Sunblock acts as a sunscreen by blocking UV radiation and keeps your skin soft during hot weather.

Zinc oxide is another good type of sunblock that helps improve your skin’s ability to protect itself from the sun. These are very broad-spectrum sunblocks and block a range of UV rays – including UVA, UVB and UVB/UVC rays.

You need more ultraviolet protection than just a sunscreen, as well. If you also wear clothes and shoes that block your skin from the sun then your skin is also at a much bigger risk of UV damage. It may also get sunburned.
